We began as a passionate producer of Merlot blended with a small proportion of Cabernet Franc, but over time added Syrah and more recently Albarino to our range. There are two levels. The top reds are hand plunged in small open vats and spend 9 to 18 months in oak barrels depending on variety and vintage. Our Albarino and Rosé are cool fermented in stainless steel to retain freshness and aromatics. The Basket Press wines will comfortably cellar for a decade or more, but all of the wines have our hallmark drinkability from an early age.
